1. What we collect

When you use the contact form, sign in, or write for the Community, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message or submission. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from your Google account.

2. How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Account information is used to let you sign in, write and manage Community posts, and to identify your role (contributor, moderator, or admin) where relevant. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Where it’s stored

Data is stored in a MongoDB database operated on our behalf. Reasonable technical safeguards are in place to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is fully secure.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in via Google authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove content you’ve published to the Community, at any time by contacting us.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
