Practice Areas

Four practices. One connected map of talent.

Coaching, assessment, consulting, and learning strategy, held by one advisor with no hand-offs. Each rests on current evidence, not recycled frameworks.

Who We Serve

Three kinds of client. One standard of evidence.

Leaders in transition

CXOs, successors, and senior leaders stepping up, stepping across, or carrying authority the org chart hasn't caught up with. Confidential one-to-one coaching, rigorous and warm at once.

Executive coaching

Organisations at inflection

Companies where growth has outrun structure, the talent systems, pipelines, and learning architecture that decide who rises, redesigned on evidence rather than habit.

Consulting & learning strategy

Boards & founders

Succession that is planned rather than hoped for. Assessment, bench design, and the honest reading of leadership capability boards rarely get from inside.

Research, Cases & Speaking

Original doctoral scholarship on how leaders emerge in modern organisations, translated into published business cases, keynotes, and executive masterclasses. The research is what keeps every other practice honest: recommendations rest on current evidence, not recycled frameworks.

The Signature Diagnostic

The Terrain Review. Three weeks. One honest map.

A fixed-scope, fixed-fee diagnostic for organisations that want the evidence before committing to change. Structured interviews, data, and instruments, ending in a written report your board can act on.

Week 1

Listen

Structured conversations across levels; documents, data, and history assembled into a working picture.

Week 2

Map

How authority, capability, and work actually flow, where the formal chart and the real organisation diverge.

Week 3

Report

Findings, root causes, and a routed set of options, presented in person, left behind in writing.

Questions

Before you write.

How do coaching engagements work?+
Six- or twelve-month individual mandates, beginning with a chemistry conversation, always. Cadence, confidentiality terms, and success measures are agreed in writing before the first session.
What is the Terrain Review, exactly?+
A three-week, fixed-fee organisational diagnostic: structured interviews, data, and instruments, ending in a written report with findings, root causes, and routed options. It stands alone or precedes a larger engagement.
Do you work outside India?+
Yes, the practice is based in Bengaluru and works with clients worldwide, remotely and on site.
What makes this practice different from a large firm?+
You work with the principal, not a leveraged team, someone who has held senior HR leadership for twenty-five years, coaches at ICF PCC standard, and researches leadership at doctoral level. Three disciplines, one advisor, no hand-offs.
How do engagements begin?+
With a 30-minute introductory conversation, no deck, no pitch. We establish where you are, where you intend to be, and whether this practice is the right instrument for the distance.

Start with the map.

A 30-minute introductory conversation, no deck, no pitch. We establish the terrain, the destination, and the fit.
